NUSA DUA, Indonesia, Nov 8 (Reuters) - Indonesia's strategy to raise the compulsory palm oil content of biodiesel to 40% next year from 35% will require additional feedstock supply of around 3 million metric loads, a senior Indonesia Palm Oil Association (GAPKI) authorities stated on Friday.

Indonesia's unrefined palm oil output is seen at 48 million metric heaps in 2024, down 4% from last year, but is anticipated to rise to 50 million in 2025, GAPKI advisory board member Joko Supriyono told the Oil Conference in Bali.(Image: https://keyserver.lucidcentral.org/weeds/data/media/Images/jatropha_curcas/jatrophacurcas1.jpg)(Image: https://www.pha-tad-ke.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/1-It-is-a-small-tree-with-large-lobed-leaves..jpg) (Reporting by Bernadette Chrisina Munthe Writing by Fransiska Nangoy; Editing by John Mair) (Image: https://www.researchgate.net/publication/51490868/figure/fig1/AS:202558489534487@1425305115720/The-plant-Jatropha-curcas-in-the-local-language-also-termed-lapalapa-funfun-is-used.png)
